Minna Svaerd of Texas A&M Commerce, representing Sweden, won the women's 400-meter hurdles title in 57.33 seconds at the NCAA Division 2 Outdoor Championships at Grand Valley State in Allendale, Mich. Svaerd also helped Texas A&M Commerce take third in the 4x400-meter relay in 3:37.59 and finished ninth in the pole vault final with a 13-3.50 (4.05m) clearance.
